Our equipment comes with a 12-month guarantee. We can give this because we know that all electrical and mechanical assemblies have gone through the following process:

  • Initial assessment of equipment on-site or at our workshop.

  • Dismantle equipment and conduct final assessment.

  • Issue report and recommendations on rebuild options.

  • Fully clean, blast and refinish as standard.

  • Test all motors and controls.

  • Strip, assess and rebuild gearboxes with a minimum of new bearings and seals. Run for 24 hrs. on our test rig.

  • Replace screws/shafts/barrels as required.

  • Replace dies.

  • Upgrade safety to current standards, with particular focus on electrical components

  • Reassemble machinery.

  • Rewire completely.

  • Incorporate ancillary equipment such as liquid and powder feed systems and cutter.

  • Test and certify to current safety standards.
