Data Protection

We will keep your personal data secure and only store it for as long as necessary and only for the purposes of being able to perform our contract with you and associated services. We are required to retain invoice data for 6 years after a contact has ended. Once personal data is no longer needed, we will destroy it securely.

 

Data Retention

We would like to retain your data on file for any future procurement or supply needs or to provide marketing and news information to you. This would mean recording your company and employee details in our accounts system so that we can contact you in the future with regards to any future needs for goods and/or services we suppl. In these circumstances we would only keep the minimum amount of data needed with only a limited number of individuals having access to such data.
